I just did what seemed-like-an-hour workout and my butt is starting to ache all over. Ouch :(
My cheeks are starting to get red like 2 plump tomatoes.Yippy.. But the best part is my stomach is as flat as paper now. I should do this more often. ^_^ Besides the butt-ache, it was totally worth it. My mom, me and my 3 little angel-like monsters were just "accidentally" kicking and punching each other while doing the Lesmill's body-vibe. Our living room is just not big enough for a middle-aged woman, a semi-adult girl and three little chicks to stretch and move about. So, we tend to hit each other and step on each other's foot all through out the workout. Every now and then we would scream and punch each other back. (It was part of the workout.. haha)
But it was fun, and I feel so much lighter now like I've lost 5 kg in a snap. How great is that? It felt the same way during Ramadhan (The fasting month for muslims). Each day, my body seems lighter than the day before. But still, the urge to eat simply exploded when night came. Even so, I was still lucky to have good genes and a high metabolism. Thanx, mama. ^_^
Ok, better get goin'. My tummy's starting to grumble. TTFN! aka.. TaTa For Now. =)
